These Terms apply when you use sawgrassindustries.com or request services from SawGrass Industries (“we”, “us”). By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We offer precision laser cutting of textiles and composites; prototypes to mass production; guidance on file prep (e.g. AutoCAD); and rapid-turn quotes. Features include:

Over 20 years of experience in textiles, composites, aerospace, automotive, medical, defense, apparel, and outdoor gear
Collaboration from design to production
State‑of‑the‑art laser systems for high precision, efficiency, and edge sealing

Quote Submission

Provide accurate project details including AutoCAD files.
We review and deliver quotes; you are under no obligation until you formally accept and provide a purchase order.

Orders & Payment

Acceptance occurs when we confirm your purchase order quoting project specs, price, and lead time.
Payment terms will be specified in the order acknowledgment.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of files you submit.
We keep a license to use materials solely for project completion.
We respect your IP; you may request destruction of files post‑project.

Confidentiality

Your quoted information and submitted materials are treated as confidential. We protect them and won’t share with third parties except to fulfill service or as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

We use industry‑standard precautions but disclaim liability for indirect damages like lost profits, even if foreseeable.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify SawGrass for any claims arising from submitted materials when you caused infringement or legal issues.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by North Carolina law (SawGrass facility is in Saluda, NC). Any disputes fall under state or federal courts in NC.

Amendments

We may update these Terms. We’ll post updates on the site with effective dates. Continued use post‑update means acceptance.
